We've taken immense care to restore every part of the farmhouse in order to retain an old-world charm and showcase historical Italian craftsmanship.
Our original wooden doors took over 100 hours to clean, straighten and restore, and our bricks were cleaned by hand.
We've combed antique markets for original pieces to complement the finished look.

Our collection of original traditional furniture and finishes is complemented by contemporary touches and 'mod-cons' to aid a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Power showers, laundry facilities, free WiFi and satellite television are available for all our guests.
Space to relax
Our guest sitting room on the ground floor is the ideal space to meet with friends and other guests and is available throughout your stay.
You'll find a television with satellite channels, DVD player and music system for your use. In colder months you can relax by the log fire after a long day of sightseeing and wine tasting.

The making of Casa Del Roseto
Over ten years ago we gave up a busy and stressful lifestyle in the UK and moved to a dilapidated farmhouse in the wine region of the Monferrato to "live the dream”.
We dedicated ourselves to restoring the old farmhouse to its former glory, as well as creating ornamental gardens to surround it in an English cottage style. Our aim has been to create a unique home, completely modernised for life in the 21st century but still retaining a bygone elegance with many of it orignial features still intact.

Our location
Set among the vineyards of Belveglio in the UNESCO region of Piemonte, we are only a short walk from the centre of the village of Belveglio where you will find one of the best pizzerias in the area.
The local town of Nizza Monferrato is the heart of the Barbera wine region and just ten minutes away by car. Enjoy its bustling Friday market and range of restaurants, bars and local shops. For something a little more cosmopolitan, Asti is just a 20 minute drive away.
The towns of Canelli, Alba and Acqui Terme are all within easy reach.
