WHAT WE PROVIDE
We are delighted to be able to offer guests the chance to come and enjoy this very special place with us.
We live in the adjoining house and are here for you during your stay. Your comfort and enjoyment is of utmost importance to us and we hope our bedrooms and the services we provide will make for a very enjoyable stay for you. Should you have any specific requirements, please enquire before making a reservation to ensure we can accommodate fully.
3 ENSUITE BEDROOMS
All lovingly restored with great care and attention given to detail. Each offers an ensuite shower room and is full of quirky character, designed for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
Help yourself each morning to a range of cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, cheeses, ham, eggs homemade bread, cake and preserves. Breakfast is taken in the dining room, or on the patio weather permitting.
Cooked breakfast is available on request and with advance notice.
Special diets are catered for with sympathy and understanding having had personal experience of gluten and lactose intolerance.
THE SITTING ROOM
On the ground floor adjacent to the dining room is our sitting room, available exclusively to guests.
Meet with your friends, family or other guests after a long day of sight-seeing or wine tasting. In colder months, enjoy a relaxing evening by the log fire.
Our south-facing terrace ensures sunshine all day. Facing our garden and the hills beyond, its the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the sun.
VINEYARD & MEADOW
Come and enjoy some natural inspiration a stroll through the vineyard or something more strenous a mountain bike ride on the many tracks through the surrounding national park. Or just enjoy the gardens created in an english cottage garden style with over 100 roses and all the old favourites created to give colour and perfume throughout the year.
Why not hire our atmospheric cantina? Ideal for presentations, yoga mornings, private events and celebrations.
During 2019 we are planning a number of themed weekends too, such as "Spring Gardening" to include basic horticulture and design lessons, Workshops for those of you who think you would like to move to Italy, as well as weekends for learning basic English.

POOL (COMING 2019)
Our swimming pool is still in the planning but from May to October there is a beautiful lido which can be easily reached in the neighbouring village, just 5 minutes drive away. Set in landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool and sports facilities, it is run by the local commune, spotlessly clean and good value to spend a day or just a few hours. Ask for details.
Available exclusively for our guests, our utility room on the bedroom floor of the B&B provides a washing machine, iron and board for your use.
