Families & Children

We're pleased to take bookings from families with no more than four children. All children must be over 10 years of age.

Please note that whilst our bedrooms are very close together and with their own ensuite facilities, it is not possible to connect two rooms together.

Vineyards & Wineries

We can advise on the best vineyards to visit and help with bookings. In summer periods the popular wineries do get booked up in advance so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Smoking Policy

Casa Del Roseto is a 100% smoke-free B&B. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the B&B. Areas for smoking will be provided in the garden and please be courteous to other guests.

We reserve the right to charge €150 as an additional cleaning fee if you or any of your party smoke anywhere inside the B&B. We hope you can understand as we would need to deep clean affected areas to ensure future guests are not inconvenienced.

Pets

Small pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Please note we do have a dog at the house which has free run of the gardens. Guests are kindly requested to keep their pets under control at all times and any damage caused will be charged for.

Bikes

We can provide two mountain bikes for your use free of charge, available on a first come, first served basis. Helmets are also available.

If you're bringing your own bikes, we can provide storage for your bikes during your stay and washing facilities for your equipment if needed.

Parking & Access

You'll be pleased to know that our access is completely flat from the road. Vintage cars more than welcome!

Easy parking for cars is available too in front of the gardens.
